Flexibility of working from home

Cons

Laid off after 6 years with the company. Promoted twice during this time. No prior performance issues, no forewarning. Ridiculous "meeting culture". Meetings every day to say, "more to come"... or to be misled about the status of the company and your employment. Zero transparency. No accurate standards or policies in place to follow. Every man for themselves. No diversity.
