Pay. Pension. I love my patients and field I’m working in.

Cons

Administration. Lack of support. All about financials rather than employee satisfaction. Everyone is replaceable. Having to do more with less and less. I just wish the people who make the decisions actually worked those decisions first hand. CEOs, VPs, CNOs all get their nights, weekends, holidays, and vacations. Some staff aren’t even accruing PTO because they are maxed out and are denied for every request.

Pros

Work weekdays no nights. No holidays. Office job. Good professional mentor in my division.

Cons

Horrible culture. Leader ship exploits workers takes no responsibility. Most leaders offsite during entire pandemic. Extremely high turnover. Over 10% of the entire staff fired 6/20 in the middle of pandemic to improve bottom line. All about the message don’t care about the workers.
