It's a job and they pay you.

Cons

Long Hours and weekends. No Compensation for anything you do. No raises. Senior Level Management only care about themselves. No room for growth. Always told if you don't like it you can leave.

Great Benefits. Hope they still exist once the full administrative merger of the other hospitals occurs

Cons

Advancement opportunities within the Information Technology department are difficult. Technical employees are often put in managerial positions, which has had a negative a impact. There's a lack of diversity in the Information Technology department leadership. Employee morale continues to decline. Employee skepticism and cynicism are on the rise. Do not trust directors with aspirations and sensitive issues. It can backfire.

To many chiefs and not enough indians!!!! They micromanage every thing to the milli sec. Management always does things with this TOP SECRET CODE and we the workers are the last to know but the first expected to do all the work while they get the credit with not thank you. They are also a very moody and rude group here (behind the scenes)
