      Profit Driven, No meaningful investment in staff

      Pros

      Well known name for the resume. Good cafeteria.

      Cons

      Profit over integrity, patient care, staff well being. Ideas of appreciating staff don’t go beyond types of appreciation you received in elementary school. Because there’s no meaningful investment in staff, coworkers don’t know how to communicate, tend towards lash outs, and are burned out.

      The location is great easy commute

      Cons

      Very low pay, no raises, management is not supportive, no room for growth, highschool environment. Money is the bottom line nothing else matters. Burnt out employees and high turnover
