Charles Town is a small town but it is about an hour outside of DC. This is good and bad

I wasn't an engineer by trade when joining MS3. They took a chance on me and many others. This is a company who I am happy to work for.

Cons

The company is over 100 people and there's growing pains. There will be more, employees, need to be patient. Leadership is addressing them as they are able to.
