Pay is nice. Pto is accrued every pay period.

Cons

No team work. No communication. Staff is constantly changing. Policies constantly changing. Enabling of poor behavior. Favoritism among staff and clients. Lack of training. There is no work life balance. You're expected to answer calls and emails and document during your off time.
