Poor treatment of entry and lower level employees
Pros
Beautiful facility. Majority of RNs are fabulous at their jobs. Food service is accommodating. Grounds are beautifully maintained. Great clients.
Cons
Superficial concerns. Top heavy upper management making departmental decisions for units of care without ever speaking to employees of those units. Worked there for 2 years and only saw upper management when there was a lawsuit threat from a client or a client of celebrity status was admitted. High turnover rate of staff. Admissions department highly disorganized. Pulling staff from all over with no notice to do admissions. Regardless of how needed they were in their designated area. Having young attractive female employee admit adult male high on PCP after midnight without security. Company concerned only about growth and revenue without laying a firm foundation of existing departments
