      Pros

      Pays the bills kind of over time is limited to twelve hours a day Texas law over time must be approved unless they like you.

      Cons

      Incompetent management most of the current management are from Wal-Mart or McDonald's.

      Pros

      Mouser has a decent business plan with good margins and positive revenue year over year. I sourced and recruited a lot of great people during my tenure and was a key player in helping them achieve their stretch goal.

      Cons

      Terrible management that lack fresh ideas. Some top level managers need to go do something else, been there too long. And yes, I concur that it is a good ole boys network.

      Worst job I've ever had. The normal "right way" to manage and treat employees is completely backwards in every way.

      Pros

      Many of the employees are very kind and the facilities are nice.

      Cons

      Its frowned upon to offer a new or better way for doing anything despite what you are told during the interview process. This is due to the old school leaders feeling they created something and it must be the best way. Pathetic, old school management with no forward thinking and absolutely close mindedness in every aspect. Unless you are a complete "yes man" with no mind of your own - likely no chance of success at Mouser. The 1 star I gave is only due to that being the lowest possible rating. They deserve 0.
