      Pros

      The people are what make movable ink special. Team atmosphere is strong here and employees support each other in their programs.

      Cons

      The company often asks employees to do more with less. Many times leaders ask for things that are not time sensitive but in their eyes it’s a fire drill.

      Mid-stage startup with lots of growth

      Pros

      There's a collaborative culture within sales and there's always opportunities to learn about new industries and take ownership for how we run our sales cycle. The organization has many long-tenured folks. Remote employees have a lot of opportunities to still build connections whether at local offices or through routine trips to headquarters.

      Cons

      Growth progression for sales could be more clear. The values behind DEI could be more defined.

      Good people - peers are genuine and supportive

      Cons

      -upper sales management have been at the company for a long time and are stuck in their ways. -lied about their reps quota attainment (very few reps are above 50% to quota) -Pricing is too high, specifically the commercial market minimum is too high relative to other competitors and prospects usage rates in this segment -The Movable Ink product is NOT a must have! The product is a nice to have, which makes selling an uphill battle -Major investments have been made in AI... commercial team is NOT allowed to sell AI and it feels like commercial is put on the back burner (makes sense as the segment is not bringing in revenue)
