Pros

The people at the company are incredible. Was lucky to meet some lovely people who I have stayed connected to. Does a great job at hiring good hearted people.

Cons

Lie about quota attainment and career development within the company. Training/ onboarding had no structure. Upper management is not on lower level employees side. Was part of the layoffs because of “over hiring” despite the prior year being the most successful year financially.

- There seems to be a bit of an imbalance when it comes to work-life balance. - Salaries could be more competitive.

Working at Movable Ink has a lot of great benefits: Compensation is in-line with what other companies are offering. The leadership team is invested in growing your skill set and progressing your career. You get to work on in market solutions that impact KPIs for large recognizable brands. Our product offerings continue to grow so there is always something new for your clients to do and work towards There is a great partnership between Sales and Client Experience so you get a lot of sales people that are invested in the success of the client and not just focused on upsells and contract values

Cons

It can get pretty taxing at times. Being as involved as you are with clients there are lots of details to keep track of and keep up on for every client you have.
