Pros
There is plenty of room to grow. You can learn lots of different skills and there is usually time to study new skills on your own especially if you work graves.
Cons
Pay is not good at all. Upper management has no interest in keeping talented agents. Documentation is poor or non-existent you need to remember everything the first time. Your yearly "raise" is most likely less than ten cents. The idea of a "promotion" is lost on this company to them it means same pay, longer hours, more work, and getting harassed by upper management for
