Leadership takes a borderline disrespectful tone with employees. Workers do not feel valued.

Very toxic culture! - Management places employees against each other during calls and meetings -Lack of clear goals for employee performance - Dishonesty about pay - Belittling, name calling, talking badly about other employees — coming from Directors and managers. - Bonuses are subjective - based on being “liked” not metric and not defined - Hidden bonus payouts- some employees get bonuses and others who don’t are lied to. - Major lack of integrity and lack of respect. —Extremely poor onboarding and training; zero processes in place and no real collaboration. Internal meeting heavy to the point you’re working 60 hours to get your actual job done. Disorganized documentation- good luck finding what you need to get your job done.
