Hard to find cons. It would be great if the building brought back food services on-site.

If you are looking for all the perks of a corporate job without a boring corporate-y environment, this is the place to work. Leadership is open and honest. Feels like a family with a competitive spirit for everyone to be their best. Fun outings, celebrate wins, great office management.

Cons

Not really a con, just a reality: They are in high growth mode, so while it's a great opportunity to be a part of this; you need to be prepared to bring your A Game every day.

Great Compensation and Maybe Greater Culture (They're both amazing)

Move Concierge truly lives by their core values and exemplify transparent communication while clearly having care and respect for their employees. This has been the absolute best working environment I have had the pleasure of being a part of. I am currently finishing up my 10th month and feel like the expectations set for the ramp up period were honest. There is a lot of money to be made here if you're dedicated to the processes that bring you there! I love the ability to own my work and hold that responsibility, while being supported by an incredible team of my peers, managers, and even senior management in this company. Our CEO and President are very active in our wins and celebrating us on a daily basis. For the past couple of months I've worked hybrid, and the split is great for my work/life balance. I do still love coming into the office to feel the energy and see my team!
