- paid weekly - get $150/week on top of that

- horrible communication, I'm in the middle of my training week, and jeez they aren't giving a layout for the schedule. It's all random. So the work life balance is awful - they expect you to give out your personal number to customers - you have to pay for almost everything outta pocket - completely unorganized company - lied about my pay and the commission structure - false promises

- kind people (front-line employees) - “perks” include an arcade box (very loud) and sometimes a ping pong table

Moxie is the type of company to sue a former employee, so I will keep things very factual: - Below market pay - No 401K match - Poor PTO policy - No D.E.I initiatives - expensive healthcare coverage (front line work force is charged more for coverage than leaders) - strict in-office schedule.
