Healthcare benefits (US) Remote-first Satisfactory pay

Cons

Inept (I don't use that word lightly) management with a lack of strategy, vision, and expertise. Mozilla is the only company I know of that has squandered billions of dollars without producing any innovation or noticeable improvement to its core product, Firefox. The Google cash machine pays Moz nearly $500M/yr no matter what -- so why innovate? I will be surprised if the company lasts another 5 years.
