      Awesome colleagues from around the world Great remote culture-- will accommodate you if you work offsite Flexible work schedules possible Deeply-held core values and sense of teamwork Free snacks

      Cons

      Open-source nature of company means no one wants to step up and make final, hard decisions about strategic direction of Firefox Google is major revenue stream-- what happens if that goes away? Relative absence of female technical leaders outside of Mitchell Baker No profit-sharing (but you do get bonuses)

      Pros

      Openness; Employee Rewards; Events and Participation; Huge volunteers and contributors. Feasibilty to switch profiles, gets a lot of help from the management. Asks for suggestions whenever needed. Can work from remote as well.

      Cons

      Haven't seen any cons till now and hope I won't see any in the future. Everything is a pro.

      Pros

      - The culture is great; - Its is an open-source project; - Some engineers are amazing; - Compensation is good. If you want to do FLOSS development with a good pay and do not care much about other things, this place is made for you.

      Cons

      - HR is terrible, will do their best not to help you; - Management is hard to read and makes contestable decisions; - There is a lack of internal communication.
