Cons
What used to be a great office environment has turned into major office politics as the company has grown and unfortunately this had lead to many great employees leaving. In certain departments people are promoted based on who whines the loudest or kisses up to management and are not based on performance, qualifications, experience, competence or achievements within the company Worst HR experience ever. They are NOT interested in your feedback and will not make time for you.
