Pros

Very competitive salaries, bonus program and fully paid medical for you and your family, as well as 6 months parental leave for birthing parent. Extremely good perks.

Cons

Sadly, Mozilla has become just another tech company that thinks because the perks are good, they don't have to put any effort in making it a good company to work for. It's been in decline for years, and their answer seems to be to keep shrinking teams and expecting them to do more work than ever before. Many people on medical leave for burn out.
