Pros
Once upon a time it was a great company, understood what the world needed and wanted to fight for the right thing to do. Company perks like free stuff, medical benefits and work weeks to cool places.
Cons
Oh I think I've seen it all here. Just the worst kind of people are concentrated at this place. Horror workplace stories you thought you would only hear about will become a reality here. You wouldn't be able to tell when you first meet them as they all put on a show. Selfish and self centered people (especially the management who should be setting examples) waiting to step on others to get ahead. Management doesn't take any accountability and are ready to fire the next scapegoat if they haven't already come to their senses and quit. It seems like the last few drivers of the company have left after the constant repositioning of objectives. The company is joyriding on their reserves without a solid plan of how to build a lasting future. Expecting some more reorgs again soon, hopefully this time for the better before we mozillians become mere fossils. Just truly tragic.
