Pros

Not many left. Good pay, good bonus, but no equity.

Cons

Used to be a mission driven company, but all those people have been driven away. Now, it is run by former Amazon and Facebook execs looking to run it like every other big tech company -- monetize people as quickly as possible, decisions must benefit the business first, users second.

Pros

Decent pay and compensation, remote work. Some truly amazing and talented people work at Mozilla.

Cons

Leadership is in the midst of a forced attrition/cultural purge strategy — micromanagement, poor communication, moving goalposts, firings, overload, and open disdain for employees — l saw a lot of mangers and employees burn out and leave without severance or jobs lined up. Some require months to recover.
