There are none! Such a rip off u do all the work while u watch all the $ go to the owner.,

Cons

Ran by the greedest person all he cares about is getting that check and ratings.Doesn't have a clue on how to actually do any work nor wants to pay his techs to do multiple skilled labor positions.

decent pay and autonomy. Company vehicle provided, but you must supply tools.

Cons

Charge customers for every little thing, double charge for customer materials on top of 105 dollar hourly fee being charged while in transit. it may depend a lot on your local franchise owner. this one was perhaps legal but had some very sketchy and unethical practices aimed at customers.

Great colleagues, efficient operation, family atmosphere, management is honest and sincere. Great customer base. Great benefits for a small franchise (health, IRA contribution, HSA, paid holidays and vacation). Opportunity to make more money with commissions on certain sales. Company vehicle. Everyday something new.

Cons

Occasional long days when there are several small jobs in one day.
