U will never make the billable 40Hrs without being out 50+ hours. U don't get paid for drive time If u have half a brain the jobs u will do u will get done in 50% of the scheduled time, leaving u not being able to put in a 8 hour day.....Ever

Vacation time is a joke and holiday pay is 'earned' but only if you work a certain amount of hours the previous week but not your fault if they don't have work.

Working with clientele was fun, technicians were pleasant.

Cons

Owner is hateful and negative, talks down to employees. Constant arguing between owners and management over proper process and procedures. Inconsistent employee expectations in attendance and production - blatant favoritism. Conflicting directives that create chaos and inefficiency. Not a 40 hrs as promised and no benefits.
