Pros

There are lots of great employees, the employee discount is quite generous, sick leave and PTO, and there are definitely worse companies out there.

Cons

The corporate structure is a complete joke, they do not hold themselves accountable for any mistakes they make or promises they break, they are awful at communicating, and they continually hire some of the least qualified regional managers I've ever met.

Cons

-Corporate is out of touch - Corporate likes to go on power trips - Not responsive to individual needs of a store.
