Pros

Great place to work for if you are keen on leaning the nuances of business. No other company might give you the same experience pre-MBA as Mu Sigma can. The work is challenging and varied and there is plenty of flexibility in the organization if you don't wish to become a domain/industry expert. The culture is good with little hierarchy and the senior management is very approachable.

Cons

Not a good place to join for lateral recruits. Will have to compromise on designation and salary. Middle management is the most stressed lot because of the inexperience of the lowest rungs of the workforce. Extremely taxing work hours mean that there's no work life balance. Makes it even worse if you are gunning for a quick promotion.

Young crowd, easy to foster friendships You can reach out to most of the people in the organization to seek help on projects. A central repository of all the important projects also exists. CEO

Cons

Quality of new employees is deteriorating day by day. Most of the people just end up spending time on reporting projects only. Very few get a chance to work on quality analytical projects. All managers invariably use the employees to meet their targets, appraisals do happen once every 2 months but very little action comes out of them. Higher and middle management. Low salary.
