This is officially the worst company ever. There is no HR. The existing HR is actually recruitment team, that's all.
Employees in India are just fresh college kids being exploited to work till 3 am in the morning under a 3 year contract under which they have to serve a notice period of 6 months ,which is insane and inhumane.
They work on the principles of VUCA- volatility, ambiguity , chaos and uncertainty. Under the excuse of VUCA- anything can be done or not done.
They will ask you "what should we improve ?" But they don't mean it ,as everything is justified by stating it to be the 'Mu Sigma way of doing things'.
They believe in selling poor work to the clients. The role of the onsite is to sell what the kids in Bengaluru have cooked.
There is no accountability at any level. The superiors look for scape goats in their subordinates on whom they can put the blame if things go bad , which is almost all the time.
Don't even think of working here as you will just end up feeling miserable and have no life .
CEO is all about 'talk talk talk' and yes he is a great salesman.
The ongoing attrition is very very high with laterally hired employees exiting in less than 6 months of joining. In a knowledge heavy industry such as analytics this is very bad news and Mu Sigma covers up this shortcoming with their principle of 'learning over knowing' . Basically all their principles are cover ups of their shortcomings.
This company is very unstable and will crash anytime because the CEO cares about nothing but his profits.
