- Before you even begin work, you must work in India for 6-12 months on a stipend. This really is not that bad on itself, but most of the "training" is completely worthless and is a colossal waste of time. Your mileage may vary, but depending on your personality, the aspect of living in another country may appeal to you to some degree, but working onsite was painful with horrendously long hours one day, followed by literally nothing to do for weeks at a time. - Upper management either worships or fears the CEO, and defends any and all poor business practices with "the client did not consume our methodology." This frustration is then taken out on the associates who are forced to comply to bizarre work practices and technologies. "Social engineering" is often discussed when talking to clients, and you constantly feel manipulated by your superiors to act a certain way. - You are either worked to the bone or given no work at all. I've had peers who worked 60 work weeks and were cursed out by management weekly, and I have had experiences where I go into the office and browse the internet for a majority of the day (the latter not necessarily better). This range in expectations is unfair to employees as there is no standard to what should be done. Very little direction is given which makes your already vague job description even more difficult to carry out. - Extremely high churn rate of coworkers makes it feel like the company is constantly dying, while the company holistically claims that it is having exponential growth creates this dichotomy between reality and fiction. The company will gladly ignore the hundreds of mistakes it has for the one time it succeeds to spin up another propaganda piece about how it's changing the world. - Overall, it was an uncomfortable working environment that dehumanizes its employees and takes pleasure in dealing out wild expectations on a whim. I never felt like I could trust the company, as all attempts to make systemic change is ignored.
