Pros

1. Good exposure and learning curve 2. Smart people in the company 3. Good company for designations like Associates and Engagement Managers; but not a good company for Regional heads as they get exposed to the reality of how the leadership thinks 4. Good compensation at Leadership level - Regional heads and above

Cons

Unethical Upper management 1. They give old timers false promises about Green card and H1 B visas. They make you wait until you exhaust the H1 B Tenure and then tell you the Green Card process was not done. They send employees back to India and force families to separate from each other. They make you trust them saying that they are taking care of Visa formalities but in short they are a complete mess and extremely unethical. The worst immigration process of all! 2. The CEO makes senior management lie about the companies skills and projects. He blackmails the management to either lie to clients or choose to get fired.

Good for beginning your career....but only if you get a good project Easier to get into compared to other analytics companies Open to new ideas from the employees

Cons

Hypocrisy is at the core of its culture....which is personified by the CEO Competitors slowly moving ahead leaving Mu Sigma with the low impact work like reporting and data management Very low salary level

You will surely love and respect your next job and your next company after working here!

Cons

1. Extremely poor work-life balance and long working hours. 2. Benefits offered to employees are not at par with benefits offered by other good companies. (For ex: no 401K, no stock plans, no discounts or other corporate perks) 3. Salaries offered are below the market average for similar job titles (no bonuses are offered and you are required to coordinate with offshore teams which means working late nights and early mornings on a regular basis, besides working on weekends). A typical day requires 12+ hours of work (seriously!!!) 4. Regular meetings are scheduled after 6 pm in the evening or on the weekends. (that's something you should get accustomed to if you are in Mu-Sigma) 5. Company's work culture stinks, which is shameful for a company that is started by a Booth graduate.
