Co-workers are intelligent, Most of the Managers are Good, Fastest Growing Analytics Company, Decent Onsite Opportunities, Knowledge Sharing among Teams is High.
Cons
The Work Life Balance is bad, Average Working Hours 13-14 hours atleast (depends on the team), HR Personnel have no idea of their role, Promotions are erratic, The Company is constantly looking to minimize costs, The Company openly admits it does not want employees to stay for more than 2 years, Earlier (15 months back) the work was really good, now we do almost anything that is thrown our way, In all, No respect for employees life.
