I was in the PGA program. This was a great chance to get experience for a few years, which is how Mu Sigma is structured in general. You'll have a few people stay on for 5+ yrs but overall it's a young company built on continuous turnover. If you want to learn, gain good experience, and live abroad, I'd highly recommend.

Cons

Mixed bag with managers and motifs. Hours can be a strain, especially if you are US West coast.
