Great opportunities, great people. This place has a lot of really smart and interesting people who are willing to help.

Cons

The management is the worst I have ever seen. They had us on illegal visas in india. They on multiple occasions told us to stretch the truth to indian customs agents. They also didnt even reimburse a lot of my coworkers for the covid return flight which was expressly stated in all of our contracts. I initially wrote out a really thoughtful and critical message for this company but was unable to post it. Now yall are left with this garbage.

Get to travel to India, most expenses covered, learn a new culture. Is it still called Columbus Program?

Cons

everything work related. Trainee stipend did not meet minimum wage standards from US but of course that makes sense, they make you train in India where there is no minimum wage.
