      They will take as much as you are willing to give. Work culture is to work more hours.

      MDI will support you if you can prove you're driven and self-sufficient. They will always give you the tools you need if you can find ways to give back and recoup.

      Cons

      You have to be self-motivated and generally independent. You will be given tasks and are expected to complete them to the best of your ability without need of regular guidance.
