Great team with an immense amount of knowledge in different industries and across different control systems platforms, freedom to manage own projects, and a CEO who truly cares about his employees.

Cons

Work/life balance can be challenging if you take on too many projects at once, but that mistake is yours to make. If you need help, ask.
