      Benefits, tuition reimbursement, PTO is abundant, culture in general is positive, good quality of care

      Cons

      Toxic and manipulative regional leadership promoted into Director role. Manipulated her way to the top by taking credit for others' work, lying, and bullying numerous strong leaders out of the company. It doesn't matter how solid of a leader you are, if you aren't a "yes man" she'll push you out the door as fast as she can.
