Pros

This company is very intentional about communication through various channels and having the necessary resources regarding reporting and supplies and capital in order to grow. The severance package provided due to a layoff was fairly adequate.

Cons

I had three separate direct managers in less than 6 months. The branch of the company claimed "innovation" when in reality they just changed things rapidly and caused whiplash for so many. We have been constantly told that we've been hemorrhaging money but then leaders will make things seem shiny and fine one day and then the next business day, you're terminated due to the millions of dollars that are being lost.

Pros

Flexible hours, Great direct manager,(the one that resides in the clinic) epic is nice to work with. Ability to attend nursing school while working full-time.

Cons

Regional supervisor(would rather us pick up trash outside the clinic then do our actual jobs)- unsafe staffing ratios- unrealistic expectations, indigo has a wonderful business idea but the way they staff it is completely unsustainable hence the high turnover with staff and physicians. Currently losing two more in July and I've only been here three months. I worked very hard to become a medical assistant would like to be recognized as a medical assistant and not a bellhop. Retail health is a very hard concept for someone as my self to understand- it's completely revolving around money, as a medical assistant I should not be worried about how much money I am bringing into the clinic I should be worried about the health and wellness of my patients.
