We expect employees to model our core values. Being “mean” is definitely not a behavior that models our core value of respect. We’re sorry your experience as a MultiCare employee is not what is expected. We recommend voicing your issues to a superior, or to Human Resources through the Employee Resource Center. Also, MultiCare has recently made the difficult decision to outsource a few functions, including the processing of most of our linens and our IT help desk. These functions represent a very small percentage of our overall workforce, but we recognize that it can be unsettling when you see jobs being outsourced.
