Decent 401k Remote work available (depends on the position) Work life balance. Offers /pays (reimbursement) For education to help in current role or to transfer to another position
Cons
Lack of training . Flex schedule is offered to only certain people within your team, some have a flex schedule others may not. They state competitive wages however it's only competitive within the company and competitive with your Colleague. They hire managers that have little to zero experience with the system MultiCare utilizes . Micromanaging Can be a toxic work environment but again it all depends on leadership and each department.
