      Pros

      Great place to start building your experience, plenty of opportunities to refine existing skills and new a lot of new skills. Friendly team including providers, back office and front office staff. You will get to meet people from all walks of life

      Working with patients and people in need.

      Cons

      The cons are all about how this company (specifically Olympia area) is managed: Chaotic, gossip filled judgmental reactions towards staff. Management walks a fine line on HR compliance. There is no culture of support or positivity in the clinic I work in. Everyone is underpaid and overworked. Staff concerns are ignored through various levels of management (including regional). Training here is very inconsistent.
