Pros

In my 25 year career, I have worked for over 15 companies. Multiquip is the best, and almost no employee turnover.

None that I can think of

Pros

The company is supportive of its employees. They promote from within. A 401k package is offered along with good medical benefits and Paid Time Off (instead of sick days and vacation days). The PTO gives more flexibility to the employee.

Cons

The buildings are old which makes for some very hot or very cold days.

Thank you for your review. We have received positive and consistent feedback in regards to our comprehensive benefits package. On January 1, 2017 we made a decision to move from Vacation/Sick to Paid Time Off (PTO) to provide more flexibility for our employees and we will continue to look at ways to improve our offerings.

Pros

A family atmosphere with a lot of long-term employees who care about doing the very best for our customers. Quarterly company meetings are great for communication, updating employees and bringing everyone together.

Cons

With some long-term employees there is a tendency to resist change or try new ways of doing things.
