Pros

Benefits are good, good time off and goes up depending on the time you work at Multnomah County.

Cons

Culture really depends on your team, division and sometimes your location and manager. There are some pretty toxic places.

Pros

Overall, this is a wonderful temp/starter job. Almost everyone in the building is accepting, understanding and friendly. Pay is pretty decent, work-life balance is great (no taking work home). In lieu of benefits, temp workers get a $2/hr raise (which was a pleasant surprise). The building is pretty and well-maintained, with a gym for employees to use for free. There is also very much a "promote quickly" culture. Opportunities for advancement are plentiful, and employees are sent opportunities almost every week.

Cons

Work is very repetitive Location is not the best
