Things change, it's going to happen. There are things I miss from many years ago. I suppose as a company grows, things have to go. Parking is a challenge, not just for employees but also for patients. Fixed annual pay adjustments, this can be difficult for long term employees. Health benefits have really become discouraging with the higher and higher co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance - I'm guessing this not unique to Munson, but is very noticeable compared to years past.

Employee raises are given as flat amount and does not factor in employee work ethic. Less than effective employees will get the same raise as those who do put in extra effort and excel and in their person.
