Pros
Monopoly on local health care leaves people with no other options, ensuring a continued corporate revenue stream. Great employees here are becoming more of a rarity, but still are prevalent for the moment.
Cons
I wouldn't work for this corporation on principal alone. They have recently made poor investments in acquiring many other regional hospitals, which have negatively affected their bottom line. In response, they have slashed benefits of their retirees, breaking the promises made to them. They use regional salary reviewing to justify underpaying current and prospective employees, despite the level of delicate service provided. Munson is quickly devolving into a train wreck, characterized by corporate gluttony. Their pay and benefits are quickly falling below industry standards, and patients will ultimately pay the price.
