Pros

The Ag Market will always exist and employee turn over is low, so there is a bit of job security. The products are quality and strong in the markets.

Cons

Because of the low employee turn over rate, not much change for advancement. Leadership is very disconnected. Communication is poor and often to little to late. The company has good foundation for core values but ,its all talk and little practice. Lack of resources make for a very stressed working environment. Little consideration is made for employee stress levels or really low moral.

Flexible hours, good benefits, a few nice people

Cons

No room for advancement, upper management does not have a clue on how to run the business, very boring company to work for, operations manager does not get along with anyone, much back-stabbing. Pay sucks compared to similar positions at other companies.
