Pros

Sales are always stimulating professional growth, and then when a company has an Ecological approach and a clear mission of what to obtain is definitely positive experience.

Cons

When budgets are not reached, this is the hard time... And Economy in these last years has not helped a lot, so some hard times has been passed.
