Interesting work, but it's run as if it's the parent company in Japan.

The machines are cool and the automation work is varied and somewhat cutting edge. Nice to have an attached manufacturing facility.

Cons

A new president rotates in from the Japanese parent company every three years and proceeds to run this 200 employee custom sales shop like the 6000 employee heavy equipment manufacturer. It doesn't work. Engineering gets blamed for all of the problems and is tasked with creating all of the solutions. Office is loud, ugly, and dated.
