Pros

Pay is pretty good and I like most of the people I work with directly but besides that its hard to think of too much else...

Cons

- Management is horrifyingly bad and is 1 clown short of a circus - Working on the weekends and extra hours are expected (working throughout the night is not unheard of) - Politics are 80% of the job - Myspace is trying to be a colorful creative destination but the work environment and the way employees are treated is anything but that - Big layoffs are looming and will hit early next year - Prospects for the company's success are pretty much 0 (the trajectory of decline is scary) - Newscorp is incredibly cheap on equipment - engineers cant even get modern computers I would highly recommend staying away - if you get offered a nice salary, being there really is not worth it
