      Pros

      Myspace has over 350 million users and access to a wide variety of content including streaming music and music videos. It's still the most popular place for musicians and actors to create pages.

      Cons

      Traffic has at best been holding steady. Many employees are still waiting for direction from the new management team and considering alternatives if things don't work out. The standard machine for a software developer is underpowered. The health care plan is not competitive with what other companies are offering.
