Pros

They pay well at least until the next round of layoffs. Corporate bureaucracy is so messed up that you probably won't have to work very hard unless you just want to so you will have plenty of time to work on personal projects or look for a new job.

Cons

Very dysfunctional environment, it is hard to get anything done. Deployments are painful. News Corporation is a very paranoid organization so be prepared to be treated as untrustworthy by the corporate bureaucracy (although not by Myspace management specifically).
