While employed there, my manager Ken, was the best. He never yelled or raised his voice. He valued your opinion and praised you all the time. I have never worked for a nicer boss. The company itself has some issues that could be better but over all it is was a great place to work.

Cons

Slacker drivers that call in all the time. Rude vendors that don't want to pay.

Pros

Co-workers are friendly and helpful. Business hours are a strict 8-5. Management is very flexible with family needs for time off and vacation days.

Cons

Medical benefits are not that great. As a female, you are not a protected class if you want to have children. No paid maternity leave given. You would just have to save as much sick and vacation time you can and even then you're job is not guaranteed.
