Pros

The upper management was nice and helpful. Pay was decent for not having had previous warehouse experience. There were retirement benefits. No weekend shifts.

Cons

The supervisors were not great. Had minimal training, was basically expected to figure everything out on my own... sink or swim. Communication was rough. Rarely able to take breaks, even to use the restroom.

there is no proper training no promotions no advancement, no encouragement from management the owners of this company are out of touch with what's going on at their own company nasty management group they treat their employees with no respect. the morale is so low and disgustingthey do not care for their employees at all

Easy going, very laid back until the bosses show up then every one wants to work

Cons

Management is oblivious about everything that happens at this location then when the bosses finds out cover it up for the employees and sometimes take the blame this company is loosing money not because of customers not buying their goods but because of the lack of good management. It's nothing but fun and games here and lack of respect.
