The team is technically sound in most cases.

Cons

When a project ends with a client, one would most probably let go from the company with just a week's notice, even though they boast that they have a one month bench policy to provide placement service for the next project. Not a safe place to work.

- Full-time staff is very good and intent on doing great work. - They have ambitions to compete against the largest firms (and sometimes they do.) - They have a good representation in the Philippines, and they have good processes for managing that capacity.

Cons

- Company has ambition to compete with the largest consulting firms, but it's model is built around temporary labor with a core of full-time staff. - Top leadership has been in their positions for a very long time, and it's tough to break into relationships at the top. - Offerings are disjointed and not aligned for leverage of cross-offering capacity/capability.

RCG is evolving and growing as a company. Pros include: - Benefits - Technical consultants - Flexibility to move quickly - Senior leadership commitment - Company is trying to bring in younger consultants and managers that could evolve into leaders for the future of the company.

- Some senior leaders need to take step back and allow others to grow - Diversity in leadership - Need to fix this
